How do I upgrade or downgrade my plans?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plans by writing to support@e2enetworks.com with your present plan and the plan you want to upgrade / downgrade to. Please note that any upgrade takes a maximum of 30 mins downtime. Your next invoice will be adjusted to reflect the change in billing.

Do you provide backups with your VPS?
